The pace of working life slows down over the summer as we take time to relax with family and friends. Meanwhile, those of us who are in still the office have an opportunity to catch up with recent news, and also tackle those lower priority tasks that will set us up for the second half of the year. That’s why we’re sharing a few recent stories from our R&D team, employees and customers.

As we approach the midsummer break in the Nordics, it’s worth reflecting on the theme of sustainability and how it’s shaping the market.

It’s been five years since we collaborated with specialist software producer GWJ Technology to add our clean steel into their GearEngineer software. Since then, powertrain designers have been able to use the software to see how our 159X and 159Q clean and ultra-clean steels can increase the power density of transmission systems.
